Our 1711 catering team headed up by Head Chef, Gemma Amor, hosted a student work experience day for the Castle School from Newbury – the school caters for children with a variety of complex learning difficulties from the ages of 3 to 19 years, offering a range of provision for different ages, stages and needs.
The students that attended are part of a catering enterprise company called Castle Hospitality & Catering, a registered food business, run by 16-18yr aged students providing a bespoke hospitality and catering service to their local community.
