Unique Celebrations

Unique celebratory experience featuring colourful interiors and inventive dining complete with a quirky afternoon tea and a touch of quintessential Royal Ascot theatre. Breathtakingly close to the action with the magnificent backdrop of the Grandstand generating a unique atmosphere for every race. Proceedings begin with a Pimm’s No.1 reception before lunch

 

STARTER

Pressed ham hock terrine, baby leeks, sweet & spicy green gage jam, toasted soda bread

Knutbourne farm Heritage tomatoes salad, ricotta, black olive and pinenut granola, basil dressing (v)

 

MAIN COURSE

Roast breast of free range chicken with spiced apricot stuffing, summer vegetable salad, black onion seed tuille, pickled cucumber and Greek yoghurt

Warm roasted baby vegetable salad with bur rata, shaved heritage radish, bois boudrin sauce (v)

All served with family style bowls of Jersey potatoes tossed in lemon thyme

 

DESSERT WORKSHOP

Chapel Down sparkling wine jelly with English raspberries, raspberry crumble

Citrus posset, surrey lavendar shortbread

 

Mixed summer berries in gin syrup with lime cream

Salted caramel chocolate tart with Regents park honey cream

 

A selection of wines, complementary beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks are available throughout the day
