How far in advance should I make a booking?

We would recommend booking as soon as possible to gain first refusal on our experiences, especially for Royal Ascot and our Premier Days due to high demand. We do however have a wide range of hospitality and upgrades available across the year to suit all requirements.

How much do children cost in a box or fine dining restaurant?

Children under 12 will be £20 + VAT per child in boxes and fine dining and children from 12-17 will be half the adult price. This only applies on Ascot Racedays NOT Royal Ascot. For Royal Ascot please check with the sales team as this varies depending on the restaurant booked.

How do drinks packages work and can I have an account bar?

We do have drinks packages available and this applies to private boxes and fine dining restaurants in conjuction with booking a hospitality meal package. We have a cash bar available in the restaurants and an account bar in the boxes of which the bar spend will be invoiced to you after the event.

What is the minimum and maximum number of guests we can have in a box?

Minimum in boxes would be 10 maximum would be 18 on a buffet. If you are looking for a sit down in a single box this would be 12 guests. We do have larger boxes that can cater for groups of up to 65 people and restaurants that can be taken exclusively from 130 -800 people.

How are box locations allocated?

Boxes are allocated on the best available at point of booking. Ascot Racecourse reserves the right to change the location at anytime which is rare but may be required due to unforseen circumstances.

Restaurant and box entry timings

Your hospitality experience is available from when the gates open until half hour after the last race. Please check the website for opening times and racetimes or check with your contact in the sales team.

Will I be on a private table?

Throughout our Ascot Racedays most tables will be private for you and your party but please check your event agreement or with your contact in the sales team as packages can vary. With Royal Ascot this information will be confirmed in the package details but again please feel free to check with us or look over your event agreement.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are sent by Royal Mail Tracked (no signature required) at least 7-10 days before the event if not before. If booking within this period please clarify with the sales team as it may be that tickets will have to be collected on the day if too late to post out to you.
