Raymond Blanc OBE returns to Ascot

Raymond Blanc OBE returns to Royal Ascot for 2017 and continues his partnership with one of the highlights of the summer in the UK. As well as taking over the scenic Panoramic Restaurant for Royal Ascot and other Ascot racedays, Raymond Blanc OBE is working with current Ascot chefs to build a legacy.

The Ascot Academy has partnered for its second year with Raymond Blanc and his team from Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons to expand and enhance the training academy offering.

This year will see Fine Dining managers from Ascot visiting Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons to immerse themselves in the Raymond Blanc OBE philosophy. The training days will focus around provenance, service and of course food to ensure that the operation at Ascot raises the standard of service for our guests.

Building from the successes of 2016, there will also be further focus on the chef team to create a lasting legacy at Ascot through the creation of the Raymond Blanc Chef Scholarship. This program will see a Chef from Ascot working closely with Raymond Blanc and the Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons throughout the year and will lead to the individual receiving a full endorsement and reference from Raymond Blanc.
