During the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of press and media permitted on site is hugely restricted and managed by the HWPA/RCA.
If you are a journalist or a photographer and wish to apply for press accreditation to an Ascot Raceday, please email
[email protected] and include full contact details for yourself and the editor of the publication you are commissioned by. Please note that all freelancers must be commissioned by a publication and have evidence of this along with examples of previous work in print. Any photographers must hold public liability insurance and be able to provide a copy. Ascot Racecourse reserves the right to ask for additional information / supporting documentation before granting accreditation.
