As you may already be aware RMT are planning industrial action from Tuesday 18th to Saturday 22nd June inclusive, the five days of Royal Ascot. We encourage you to allow additional time for your journey to Royal Ascot as there will be delays and congestion. Gates open from 10.30am.

South West Trains (SWT) have published their timetable for next week. Visitors to Royal Ascot planning to use the reduced service on offer are advised to keep checking the SWT website for the latest information:

The following information is currently published on the South West Trains website:

"Extra morning and early evening trains will run between London Waterloo and Reading for racegoers travelling to and from the Royal Ascot meeting.

"Queuing systems will be in place at some stations during these events, so it may take extra time to board your train.  We recommend you check your journey before travelling and leave plenty of time to complete your journey."

Car Parking

Cars and Minibuses can park in either 4,5 or 8. Car Park 8 will have the largest capacity and can be found by following the blue route signs on the day.

If you're approaching the racecourse from Windsor or the M4 - we advise you to follow the blue route to Car Park 8.
