Friday 24th and Saturday 25th July

Drawing inspiration from the diamond as the most exquisite of precious stones, both days will be brought to life by a host of enhancements to guarantee a truly premier sporting and social experience.

Across the choice of three individual enclosures, guests can look forward to a glittering array of Champagne and cocktail bars, beautifully manicured lawns and vibrant live music in a summer setting made for celebrating with friends and family.

New for 2020, the Cullinan Diamond Garden, named after the largest diamond ever discovered, will offer customers a great trackside base for the day. As the sun sets on Saturday, a popular mainstream DJ will lead a fabulous after-party at Ascot’s iconic Bandstand.

The Winning Post Enclosure (tickets from £46)
Also new this year, the Winning Post Enclosure’s elegant viewing lawns and terracing are to be transformed to the Winning Post Gardens, delivering an elevated raceday experience within an exclusive garden party environment.

Informal al fresco dining, refined cocktail bars, ambient live music and soft seating will provide the perfect excuse to enjoy a day of summer socialising. Add to this the thrill of thundering hooves and a perfect view of the racing from a privileged position on the trackside rail, and you’ve got an enclosure that knows how to mix excitement with the ultimate in relaxation.

‘A Race For the Ages’
The feature race of an outstanding two days of racing, The King George VI and Queen Elizabeth QIPCO Stakes is one of the sport’s most prestigious prizes and Europe’s indisputable midsummer middle-distance showpiece.

The Group 1 contest has been won by countless greats over the years, including the imperious Enable who - partnered by Frankie Dettori - narrowly prevailed in a thrilling duel with the gallant Crystal Ocean in 2019. One of only three horses to have won the race twice, the outstanding mare may well bid for an unprecedented third King George victory this summer. Whether or not she does, racegoers are assured another star-studded renewal.

King Edward VII Enclosure (tickets from £85)
Ascot’s premier enclosure offers the best experience for racing enthusiasts, with spectacular views of the track from Level 4 of the Grandstand as well as a wide range of bars and restaurants. Tickets sold out quickly in 2019, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
