Dreamfield stole the show at Ascot, storming to victory in the Montfort Handicap Stakes after nearly two years off the track. 

The unbeaten Godolphin star has had his issues with injuries but looks back to his best and will head for some big races in the summer, including Royal Ascot. 

Society Power and James Doyle pushed out to win the AGV Handicap Stakes.

The seven furlong handicap looked to have some high class runners and a close finish suggests there may be more to come from the placed horses. 

Frankie Dettori showed his nous around Ascot in the Ascot School Arts Competition Maiden Stakes as he guided Stream of Stars to success. 

It was Shades of Blue for Clive Cox who bolted clear to land the British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Fillies Stakes in what could be a race to produce some future winners. 

It was a good start to the day for the bookmakers as 25/1 shot Sam Missile for Jamie Osborne and apprentice Jack Dinsmore won the Wood & Wood Signs Apprentice Handicap. 

Corrosive and Josephine Gordon landed the final race of the night in good style.
