Most Exciting Chef Line-Up Ever for Royal Ascot 2020

Featuring more Michelin stars and recognised chef personalities than any other British sporting event, Ascot Racecourse prides itself on perfectly blending tradition with innovation.

The ‘chefs in residence’ confirmed for Royal Ascot 2020 perfectly illustrate this with a collective nine Michelin Stars and an abundance of coveted accolades.

Brett Graham

On 5

Brand new for 2020, Brett Graham, two-Michelin star Head Chef of The Ledbury, takes the helm of ON5. Taking over from Phil Howard, who he worked under for several years at The Square, Brett will make his debut in the Queen Anne Enclosure’s award winning restaurant on the fifth floor of the Grandstand.

Panoramic Restaurant

Two Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc OBE will once again take up residence in the prestigious Panoramic Restaurant in the Royal Enclosure. Returning to the restaurant for a fifth year, he will be back with a tailored menu and a refined service which promises to be one of the finest gastronomic experiences found at the racecourse.

Ollie Dabbous

As the founder of one of London’s most talked about restaurants in recent years – HIDE in Mayfair – Ollie Dabbous will return to Royal Ascot to launch a brand-new Royal Enclosure restaurant named Holyroodhouse. Having opened his first restaurant Dabbous in 2012 to unprecedented critical acclaim, Ollie opened his hotly-anticipated restaurant HIDE in 2018 and was soon awarded its first Michelin Star.

Green Yard Restaurant

Returning for a third year, Simon Rogan will once again host his restaurant in the Royal Enclosure Gardens and curate the menu served in the Green Yard Restaurant, also in the Royal Enclosure. Simon currently holds an impressive four stars across his dining portfolio in the 2020 Michelin Guide.
