Head to the Gastronomes Theatre for feature talks and demonstrations throughout the day, hosted by wine tipster Neil Philips. 

Celebrity chefs including James Tanner, Francesco Mazzei and Raymond Blanc OBE - who will be on hand to answer your culinary questions following his demonstration - take centre stage on Saturday's raceday.
