ACCESS TO ASCOT HEATH

Racing is a dangerous sport and Ascot will be using areas of the Heath for operational purposes during Racing Hours, which are from 1200 noon until half an hour after the last race (or later if Ascot reasonably considers it necessary for safety reasons).  If you wish to be on the Heath during Racing Hours then the following Terms and Conditions apply to YOU. These have become necessary because there have been some near misses recently, and the Ascot Authority does not want any accident to occur either to personnel working in the area, or to members of the public.

In order to be allowed access to the Heath during Racing Hours, you will be asked to sign a form to confirm that you have received this notice, and that you and your guests have read and agree to its contents.  This applies to everyone over the age of 16. If you are not prepared to sign, then you will be refused entry to the Heath.
