Marking the first time the Windsor Enclosure has incorporated the presence of a celebrity chef into the Royal Ascot experience, chef Neil Rankin has developed a tantalising menu of sizzling barbecue feasts including aged cheeseburger tacos, grilled spring chicken and succulent steaks. Serving a selection of takeaway options too, such as fish tacos, ‘Ginger Pig’ burgers, Rankin’s food can be enjoyed in the famously vibrant atmosphere of the Windsor Enclosure.
