Embark on a flavour journey as food and drink producers offer the chance to taste and buy gastronomic delights from around the world. 

This year's offering includes Brazilian Empanadas at Daise's Kitchen, a tasting menu from race sponsor The Royal Foresters, more than 35 flavours of fudge at Forever Fudge, pies, sausage rolls and doorstep sandwiches from Wildflour Bakeries, right through to Pudding Lane's Great Taste Award Winning Handmade Christmas Puddings.


At Hush Hush Chefs they prepare and cook delicious recipes to order on a daily basis. They pride themselves in using only the finest and freshest ingredients available. All dishes are prepared by a team of highly trained chefs. They don’t use any processed ingredients and their goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

At the food festival they will be serving unique filo pastry quiches and pies with healthy salads. New for 2018 Hush Hush Chefs will be offering handmade butter-free quiches and pies. 


Forever Fudge is a local based company offering over 35 unforgetable flavours including Fudge, Peanut Brittle, Nougat and Cinder Toffee. 
All of their fudge is handmade, handcut, vegetarian and in most cases Gluten Free. The Nougat, Peanut Brittle and Cinder Toffee is also handmade and Gluten Free.  

They will have 2 new exciting flavours of Pink Gin and Cherry Vodka Sour Fudge on offer.


Just Biscuits was started in 2002. They make biscuits all made with butter and locally sourced ingredients.

Just Biscuits supplies biscuits to Farm Shops, Deli’s and makes bespoke biscuits for Hotels.

They will be offering their new cheddar and marmite biscuits at the food festival which are fast becoming their best selling product. 


Pudding Lane began as a home-based family business and over the years has proudly, and with a constant dedication and devotion to quality, become Australia's finest producer of the traditional "boiled-in-the-cloth" Christmas Pudding. 

From an inherited Prize-Winning family Recipe our International-Award Winning Puddings are proudly hand-made with the finest ingredients.


BOLITAS are Gluten,Wheat, Yeast and Nut Free cheese dough balls. They are freshly baked to eat as on the go snack or frozen to take home. At the food festival there will be 10 different flavours to choose from.

Also on offer will be the new range of mini size dough balls filled with all of the yummy flavours, including garlic, feta, halloumi, mozzarella, cheddar and chicken!


Daise's Kitchen will be offering a range of Portuguese and Brazilian dishes including traditional Portuguese custard tarts and other also traditional cakes.

They will also be showcasing a new range of empanadas with innovative flavours which are new for 2018.


A distillery based out of a surf shack, specialising in unconventional methods, passion for spirits and a mildly obsessive eye for detail.

They will be offering a selection of spirits in various sizes to accompany a guided tasting with talks about their origins.


Based in Hackney Wick, O'Donnell's moonshine is made only using traditional methods and the best available ingredients. 

Keeping with tradition, they only use U.S produced “Mason Jars” to store our Moonshine. 

O’Donnell Moonshine is proud to have developed 4 different types of moonshine to this day. Their “High Proof” (50% ABV) wheat based spirit, brings back the taste of old with a hard hit followed by a smooth finish.


A Taste of Thailand serves a wide variety of Thai dishes including traditional Thai curries, sweet and sour dishes etc. 

The most popular of all, is our Pad Thai; freshly prepared Thai style fried noodles cooked on a meter wide pan.

You can watch your food being prepared and all the food is fresh and made from scratch.


The historic Royal Foresters, a few minutes from Ascot Racecourse, re-opened last year following a major restoration and striking redesign. Open from breakfast until late, it’s a place where traditional log fires meet freshly prepared, Mediterranean-inspired dishes; where cask ales meet hand-crafted wood fired pizza; and where visitors can enjoy an overnight stay in one of their 24 individually designed, contemporary guest rooms.
In the summer, the Royal Foresters’ pretty gardens and terrace buzz with chatter and laughter and its proximity to the racecourse means it’s a perfect place to study the form before racing over breakfast or coffee and to celebrate a great day’s racing afterwards.
