Following his 2019 Royal Ascot debut in the Balmoral Restaurant, Michelin-starred chef Ollie Dabbous brings his inspirational cuisine to a new Royal Enclosure venue for 2020, creating an exciting Fine Dining experience in a prime trackside location adjacent to the Royal Enclosure Gardens.

Paying homage to the beautiful gardens of the Palace of Holyroodhouse, The Queen's official residence in Edinburgh, our new restaurant sees botanical influences applied with a deftness of touch throughout, from décor to cuisine. Light, airy and elevated, this luxurious marquee offers private table dining, lounge seating areas and an ample viewing deck with dramatic head-on views down the finishing straight.

Enjoy a modern interpretation of elegant à la carte dining, with a 4-course menu showcasing fine produce and classic taste combinations delivered with a confident, contemporary twist. A feature Gin Bar celebrating the aromatic flavours of this versatile drink provides a perfect complement to the subtle herbal and floral notes of the menu; Champagne and other drinks are also included in the complimentary bar and a bespoke Afternoon Tea adds another indulgent flourish to the proceedings.
