Ascot Racecourse is one of the largest and most prestigious racecourses in the world.

For over 300 years, Ascot has been famous for hosting the world’s finest racing events including Royal Ascot. However, Ascot also has the expertise and flexibility to cater for a wide range of events from an executive meeting for 10 to an exclusive event for up to 3,000 people. Whether business meeting, private dinner, product launch, or exhibition our dedicated Conference & Events team always strive to provide the highest level of professional and technical support working with you to create and deliver successful, and memorable events.

Conferences and Meetings

Whether you are planning an intimate meeting or a large and complex conference with requirements for presentations, dining and break out rooms, Ascot has the facility, technology and flexibility to meet and exceed your expectations.


Whilst Ascot has two main exhibition areas, the impressive Grandstand Galleria and the Pavilion Exhibition Hall, the myriad of outside spaces and lawn areas allow flexibility for all sizes and formats of exhibitions.

The 4000sqm Exhibition Hall complete with 27m high atrium within the Grandstand Galleria provides flexible purpose-built product display areas with superb natural lighting and direct vehicle access and loading bays.

The Exhibition Hall on the ground floor of the Ascot Pavilion is an extremely versatile area with access from the Plaza Lawns and Ascot High Street.  The Exhibition Hall can be used in conjunction with the Pavilion Rooms on the first floor of the Pavilion Building, providing generous space for consumer and trade events. 

Private Dining

Ascot’s own chefs, catering partners Sodexo, and our dedicated in-house Conference & Events management team will assist you to create a truly outstanding occasion.  

Offering a vast range of suites and dining spaces that can be used individually or in combination, Ascot is perfect for any occasion or celebration from small informal canapé reception, to a private dining experience for over a 1000.

Culinary creations, using seasonal and local produce wherever possible, are freshly prepared on-site and can be designed and presented to complement a theme. Menus are perfectly paired with vintage wines and champagnes.

Asian Weddings

A wedding is a wonderful occasion to remember and our in-house Conference & Events management team will work with you to make sure your wedding is the one of your dreams.

Ascot’s impressive array of rooms and spaces are ideal for small or large weddings and can be dressed extravagantly or more conservatively.  The stunning views of the Ascot lawns, across the racecourse and of the Crown Estate and Berkshire countryside beyond will impress your guests and provide wonderful backdrops for photography.

Ascot is extremely flexible. You can hire a room or multiple rooms across a period of twelve hours or more and relax knowing that all your belongings are safe thanks to our 24 hour on-site security.

Ascot recognises that Asian Wedding catering is specialist and whilst we are happy to provide the catering, we can also source chefs and caterers to provide the food of your choice, or you may wish to engage your own Asian Wedding caterers and waiting staff.  We are versatile.

Bespoke Weddings

Ascot Racecourse is one of the most impressive and flexible wedding venues in the South.  Your complete wedding package may include holding the Civil Ceremony in one of Ascot’s iconic or historical rooms or spaces, followed by a reception – either a small family ceremony or a large lavish banquet.  Alternatively you may wish to hold the ceremony at another venue and relocate to Ascot for your wedding reception and celebrations.

Bespoke Events

With its 179 acres of parkland, magnificent Grandstand atrium and myriad of rooms and spaces, Ascot Racecourse is one of the most versatile venues at which to hold a unique event.

Organisers regularly combine Ascot’s indoor facilities and outdoor spaces for bespoke events such as team building, product launches and cycle race ‘headquarters’, even the circus!

Our dedicated Conference & Events management team will identify the most appropriate spaces and facilities, and assist you in creating and delivering a successful and impressive event.

Christmas Parties

Ascot dazzles at Christmas, with the grounds, Grandstand and historic buildings festively bedecked and lit to create a very British Christmas ambiance.

Whether you are planning a special Christmas dinner for a small number of guests in one of our atmospheric private suites, or a larger corporate Christmas party in our Pavilion followed by live entertainment and dancing, we can accommodate you.  We offer a set number of shared and exclusive parties throughout the month of December as well as private Christmas parties at a date to suit you.

Our Conference & Events management team, together with catering partners Sodexo, will help create a wonderful festive celebration to remember.
