We are looking for individuals who are keen to make a guest’s day feel very special and unique, who are able to deliver great customer service elegantly, seamlessly and with the ability to make the entire experience original. You will be interacting with guests continuously whether it’s acknowledging a smile, answering any queries with genuine interest or sharing knowledge passionately to our guests.  Ultimately, it’s treating our guests the same way that you would expect to be treated when you visit Ascot Racecourse.
