7th Ascot CAMRA Beer Festival
The Betfred Challenge Cup, Europe’s most valuable seven-furlong handicap at £150,000, is the big betting race on a quality card, which includes three Group 3 races:
The Grosvenor Casinos Cumberland Lodge Stakes;
The John Guest Bengough Stakes; and
The BMW Cornwallis Stakes.
The 7th Ascot CAMRA Beer Festival continues, offering an array of over 220 real ales, ciders and perries to accompany the exciting Flat racing. Throughout the day listen to The Band of the Royal Logistic Corps peform on the Bandstand.
The Beer Festival will be based in the Grandstand Admission area so all racegoers can sample the wares.

WHAT TO WEAR
DRESSING FOR THE FLAT SEASON
Here is some guidance on what to wear during the Flat season, which runs from April to October.
- King Edward VII Enclosure (formerly Premier Admission)
- Queen Anne Enclosure (formerly Grandstand Admission)
WHAT TO WEAR: FLAT SEASON
KING EDWARD VII ENCLOSURE
Ladies should dress as for a smart occasion. Hats or fascinators are preferred but not mandatory.
Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket with a collared shirt and tie. Trainers are not allowed.
Children aged 17 and under should adhere to the King Edward VII Enclosure dress code; however this does not apply to very young children.
Please note that fancy dress, novelty and branded or promotional clothing is not permitted within the King Edward VII Enclosure.
WHAT TO WEAR: FLAT SEASON
QUEEN ANNE ENCLOSURE
Whilst we encourage racegoers to wear smart clothing, no formal dress code applies in the Queen Anne Enclosure area during the Flat season.
Please note that bare chests are not permitted at any time.
Fancy dress and replica sports shirts are not permitted at Ascot Racecourse.
