We are delighted to introduce the inaugural Ascot Spring Garden Show at Ascot Racecourse. This high-quality boutique event showcasing Britain’s finest established and emerging horticultural talent has been created with the gardening enthusiast in mind

Guests can look forward to visiting six inspiring show gardens, peruse a fine array of horticultural trade exhibitors, purchase plants from a range of specialist plant nurseries, enjoy a daily programme of free talks and receive personal gardening advice from horticultural experts. Supported by The Savill Garden and The Valley Gardens at Windsor Great Park, the Ascot Spring Garden Show promises top quality horticulture, unsurpassed service and state-of the-art facilities at the historic racecourse. 

Please note, there is no horse racing taking place at this event. Special Introductory Offer Only 1,000 combined Ascot Spring Garden Show + Savill Garden tickets are available on a first-come first-served basis. So hurry - book now!   Group tickets also available  here.

There is free entry for under-18s on all racedays when accompanied by an adult. These tickets are issued on the day and there is no need to pre-order. Please note that identification to verify age may be required at the turnstiles.

Planned and designed by Stephen Bennett, former Shows Director at the Royal Horticultural Society, and supported by The Savill Garden and The Valley Gardens at Windsor Great Park, the Ascot Spring Garden Show promises top quality horticulture, unsurpassed service and state-of the-art facilities at the historic racecourse. 

‘Town & Country’ Show Gardens

Be inspired by six Town & Country themed show gardens designed by talented professionals and curated for the show by leading garden designer Andrew Fisher Tomlin, winner of an RHS Gold Medal and the 'Best in Show' Summer Garden at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2016 and an RHS Gold Medal at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2017.

Plant Village

Ascot’s Plaza Lawns will be transformed into a fabulous Plant Village with plants for sale from a carefully selected range of specialist nurseries offering the first opportunity of the gardening year to buy plants at a major horticultural show in the South East. A complimentary plant crèche, plant porter service and on-site parking will be available for your shopping convenience.  

Gardening Talks Theatre 

Headlined by David Domoney, co-presenter with Alan Titchmarsh of ITV’s Love Your Garden, a full programme of complimentary talks from a selection of gardening experts is being assembled.

Gardening Galore

Peruse an impressive range of stylish stands offering garden furniture, gadgets, tools, machinery, greenhouses, sculpture, terracotta pots and more.

Exhibitors have been carefully selected to present a collection of bespoke, beautiful and useful products, many not available at your local garden centre. 

Garden Advice from the gardeners of Windsor Great Park

Keeper of the Gardens at Windsor Great Park, John Anderson and his team will be on hand to offer expert horticultural advice and tailored tips on what to look out for at the show.   John and his team are responsible for the gardens at the Windsor Estate including The Savill Garden and The Valley Gardens - both at their very best in spring.  

State-of-the-Art Venue

It was while riding out from Windsor Castle in 1711 that Queen Anne saw land “ideal for horses to gallop at full stretch”. For 300 years since, Ascot has been synonymous with world-class racing, a Royal association and unsurpassed service for special occasions.  Visitors to the Ascot Spring Garden show will enjoy the space, grace and style of Ascot’s rich history, stunning architecture, state-of-the-art facilities and luxurious flourishes.

Timings

The Show is open 10am-6pm on Friday and Saturday and 10am-5.30pm on Sunday. The full programme of daily talks will be released in early 2018.

Free Parking

Ample free parking will be available at the racecourse, moments from the show gardens and plant nurseries, tradestands and entertainment. A complimentary plant porter service will also be available to help you transport your plants and purchases back to the car.  

Eating and Drinking

No trip to Ascot is complete without a good lunch or indulgent afternoon tea with glass of champagne! A wide of choice of food and drink options will be available for guests to enjoy throughout the day.

The Savill Garden at Windsor Great Park

Just a few minutes from Ascot Racecourse is Windsor Great Park so Ascot Garden Show guests should consider a visit to the natural haven that is The Savill Garden  . Be charmed whatever the season by its world class horticultural displays. The first 1,000 tickets sold for the event will include a free Saville Garden ticket.
