Racing & Customer Communications Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Racing & Customer Communications Manager, who will support the business on all communications matters related to racing, industry and corporate affairs. This will include producing and delivering communications plans, key messages and press releases as well as organising press events, overseeing the press office function and media accreditation process.

This role is also responsible for managing the customer complaints process with an 80/20 (racing/customer complaints) time split expected.

Extensive racing and racing industry knowledge is essential.

Grounds and Infrastructure Operative
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a  Grounds and Infrastructure Operative to join our Facilities team. The purpose of the role is to undertake groundworks projects and maintenance of the estate.

Support in the preparation of event days such as erecting perimeter fencing around the lawns, placing planters and forklift tasks. Maintain an adequate stock of materials and equipment to undertake the work as directed by the Facilities Team Manager.

TEMPORARY VACANCIES
Marketing Intern - full time temporary role for 6 months
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing department for a period of 6 months.  Working closely with the Senior Content & PR Marketing Manager and wider Marketing Team this role will support the department in their work to increase brand awareness; drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement; maintain consistency of brand messaging across all platforms; manage external agencies; and build relationships with partner brands and key media, influencers, and talent.

This is a full time, fixed term contract role for 6 months to end October 2023.
