Yorkidding and Richard Kingscote landed the John Guest Handicap Stakes for Mark Johnston over one mile four furlong on King George Friday at Ascot.
Ryan Moore saw odds-on favourite Bermondsey fall away and was eased down towards the line out the back of the field as there was no stopping Yorkidding.
Red Box and Luke Morris won the Carraig Insurance EBF Stallions Breeding Winners Valliant Stakes at 14/1.
That decision was only confirmed after a lengthy Stewards Enquiry which relegated first past the post Namhroodah to third.
Ryan Moore and Irish Rookie went for a late run down the far rail and Namhroodah was judged to have closed the gap unfairly and so was penalised down to third, with Irish Rookie promoted from third to second.
The John Guest Brown Jack Stakes resulted in a thrilling finish between the market leaders as Sea of Heaven and Luke Morris pipped Nakeeta and Royston Ffrench in the final few strides of the two mile race.
In the opening race of the day, favourite backers got off to the perfect start as Kazimiera eased to a comfortable win in the John Guest British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Fillies’ Stakes with James Doyle on board.
The second Maiden Stakes of the day went to Richard Hannon’s Eqtiraan who held on to beat Ryan Moore and Rivet in the final few yards of the six furlong sprint.
Alpha Delphini scored at 8/1 in the SIS Live Handicap Stakes after a superb ride from Connor Beasley to hold off favourite Final Venture.
The final race of the day saw Midnight Malibu impressively win.
