    Introduction

    TheTotescoop6 Challenge Cup, the UK's joint most valuable seven-furlong handicap at £180,000, is the big betting race on a quality Flat card.

    Away from the track Ascot’s annual CAMRA Beer Festival returns for its 12th year. With more than 240 real ales, ciders and perries to sample as well as traditional pub games, a quiz and live music, Ascot will transform into the ultimate local.

    Also the Ascot Bier Haus returns and will open its doors to bring Oktoberfest to Ascot.

    The Queen Anne Enclosure provides access to the Parade Ring, Pre-Parade Ring and the excellent facilities and viewing areas on the Concourse Level of the Grandstand, with a variety of places to eat, drink and bet.

    For enhanced views of the racing, the King Edward VII Enclosure provides exclusive access to the best facilities on Level 4 of the Grandstand. Along with access to the Queen Anne Enclosure, racegoers also have exclusive access to lawns in front of the Winning Post on premier racedays.

    The Furlong Club towards the East End of the Grandstand has converted into Ascot’s very own German themed tent – with authentic beer, steins, sausages,buttermilk chicken strip with chips and much more.

    With seated balconies overlooking both the Parade Ring and track, racegoers have unsurpassed views of the action before, during, and after each race.  Guests will enjoy a selection of elegant bars and dining options on this private fourth-floor and can also access all of the facilities available to customers in the Queen Anne Enclosure.

    Put yourself at the centre of the raceday, at the very heart of the action. Racegoers in the Queen Anne Enclosure can view the horses in the Parade Ring before heading trackside to watch the top-class racing. You will find plenty of delicious options for food and drink, or you may choose to bring your own to enjoy a relaxed picnic on the lawns.

    WHAT TO WEAR

    DRESSING FOR THE FLAT SEASON

    Here is some guidance on what to wear during the Flat season, which runs from April to October.

    WHAT TO WEAR: FLAT SEASON

    KING EDWARD VII & WINNING POST ENCLOSURES

    Ladies should dress as for a smart occasion. Hats or fascinators are preferred but not mandatory.

    Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket with a collared shirt and tie. Trainers are not allowed.

    Children aged 17 and under should adhere to the King Edward VII Enclosure dress code; however this does not apply to very young children.

    Please note that fancy dress, novelty and branded or promotional clothing is not permitted within the King Edward VII Enclosure.

    WHAT TO WEAR: FLAT SEASON

    QUEEN ANNE ENCLOSURE

    Whilst we encourage racegoers to wear smart clothing, no formal dress code applies in the Queen Anne Enclosure area during the Flat season.

    Please note that bare chests are not permitted at any time.

    Fancy dress and replica sports shirts are not permitted at Ascot Racecourse.
