This is complimentary and includes a glass of champagne on arrival, a 3 course lunch with wine and afternoon tea. In order to gain access to this facility, hospitality badges will be required. These will be available for collection from the reception desk at the Ascot Pavilion. In order to book hospitality please fax back the enclosed form by 4pm on the day before racing. Booking forms received after this time and requests on the day will be accommodated, subject to space, on a first come first serve basis. For further information please contact Holly Mitchell on 01344 878529.
Weatherbys Owners Bar
This facility, which is reserved exclusively for the use of owners with a runner on the day and all licensed trainers, is situated above the saddling boxes in the Pre-Parade Ring. This facility will serve light refreshments (along with complimentary tea and coffee) throughout the afternoon. Tables cannot be reserved. The bar in the Weatherbys Owners Bar will remain open one hour after the last race.
Level 2 Owners’& Trainers’ Stand
Whilst the alterations described in the enclosed letter are in progress, the owners and trainers viewing area will move, subject to the advancement of works. For this meeting the viewing area for owners and trainers is located on Level 2. Access to this area is between the Iron Stand and Number One Box. The Owners and Trainers bar on Level 2 is now closed.
Reserved Steppings
There is a reserved area on the steppings for owners and trainers, which is situated to the west of the Horsewalk behind the stable staff stand.
