Accreditation application requests can be made for more than one person from the same organisation. The ‘Group Application Form’ below will need to be completed by one person (primary contact) on behalf of their organisation. Please note the following points: -

1. One application form to be sent per group. An application must only be submitted once, therefore please ensure all requests are complete prior to submitting. (Any amendments to forms will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.)

2. The primary contact will be asked to complete details about the organisation and key contact information – they will then need to supply details of the colleagues they are applying on behalf of, including dates they wish to attend. The primary contact should ensure they include their own details in this section if they also require accreditation.

3. Photos will need to be supplied (jpeg format) of any applicants (including the primary contact if required) who did not receive accreditation at Royal Ascot 2009. Please these images are available to upload at the time of submitting the form. If unsure whether they attended last year, please submit a photo to avoid the application process being delayed.

4. All accreditation badges and car park labels will be posted to the person submitting the form at the address supplied.

5. Parade Ring access is strictly limited throughout Royal Ascot and will be allocated on a priority basis.
