To apply for accreditation for other Ascot race meetings (apart from Royal Ascot) please contact the Press Office, stating whether you are a journalist, photographer or broadcaster and include a supporting letter from your editor.  If you are a freelance journalist, you must supply a letter from the commissioning editor.  Freelance photographers must send proof of to whom they supply photographs. 

RCA Accreditation
RCA metal press badges (and RCA car park labels) are valid for all race meetings in 2008, except for Royal Ascot where RCA accreditation is not valid. 

RCA pass card holders must apply for accreditation in advance of any meeting.

Photographer’s Armbands
If you are a photographer and you require access to the track to take photographs, you will need to apply for a photographer’s armband in advance of any meeting and these can be issued on arrival at the course.

Parade Ring Passes
Throughout Royal Ascot access to the Parade Ring will be via Parade Ring Pass only.  If you are successful in obtaining a Parade Ring Pass, this must be worn in addition to your press pass/photographer’s armband.
