Racing Summary
The Listed EBF Transformers and Rectifiers Valiant Stakes over a mile for fillies and mares is the feature race on a competitive card on the eve of King George Day.

First Race starts at approximately 2.40pm

After racing popular classical artists Escala, Blake and Natasha Marsh will play live in the Old Paddock.

Escala shot to fame on Britain's Got Talent and are a glamourous string quartet whose debut album is due for release on 1st June. They are joined by Blake, a four man choral group. Their debut album, Blake, went straight in at No.1 in the UK classical album chart and hit the Top 20 in the UK pop album chart.

The two groups are accompanied on stage by Natasha Marsh the Welsh Soprano who is one of Britain's most exciting operatic exports. Her album 'Amour' hit the top of the Classical charts in its first weeks of release. Natasha was also chosen as the voice of ITV's Euro 2008 coverage.

The three kick off what promises to be a very exciting weekend of racing and music.
