Racing Summary
The first day of The Allied Irish Bank Meeting features The Allied Irish Bank Handicap Chase and The Allied Irish Bank Handicap Hurdle. Allied Irish Bank (GB) are one of Ascot's Founding Partners and support the Allied Irish Bank Overseas' Trainers' Challenge, which rewards trainers from outside of the UK for running their horses at Ascot throughout the Jumps Season. This is the second running of the Challenge with a first prize of 25,000 euros and a second prize of 10,000 euros.

Entertainment Summary
Allied Irish Bank meeting featuring a Christmas Craft Fair to cater for all your Christmas shopping needs with a range of over 25 unique handcrafted quality gift stalls. This will be held along the Concourse Level of the Grandstand so between racing lose yourself with the delights of Christmas shopping in a relaxed a friendly atmosphere, truly unique gifts for everyone.

The Irish gig band, Murphy’s Marbles will be performing throughout the day.
