PRIVATE LOGES
The Loges offer private race viewing facilities on the Concourse Level of the Grandstand. They seat up to 15 people and have excellent views of the track, whilst being under cover to provide protection from the elements. Each Loge is booked on a ‘Loge only’ basis that includes hire of the Loge, 15 Loge badges, racecards and the opportunity to pre-order a selection of drinks (at additional cost). Other catering is not provided, but food may be purchased from one of the many outlets within the Concourse area and taken back to the Loge for consumption.

THE CONCOURSE SUITE
The Concourse Suite is a new facility at Ascot this year. Situated on the Concourse Level and directly opposite the Winning Post, it has a superb view of the racing action from the private Loge outside the dining room. With two rectangular tables that can seat between 16 and 24 for casual dining, and its own servery and cloakroom, it will undoubtably be one of Ascot’s most popular hospitality facilities.
The price includes up to 24 Premier Admission tickets and badges. Catering is arranged separately by Ascot Hospitality. On receipt of payment you will be sent a range of menus and wine list together with a booking form for your catering requirements. Please note that all catering must be provided by Ascot Hospitality.
