The Quad Box
Ascot Racecourse announces a new private hospitality facility, catering for up to 70 guests, with superb views of the racing action

Ascot Racecourse has recently created a very special hospitality facility, suitable for groups of between 30 to 70 guests.  The ‘Quad Box’ (Box 316-319) is located on Level 3 of the Grandstand, 50 metres from the winning post, and will seat up to 40 people for a silver service meal or accommodate up to 70 for a buffet.  It has a large private dining area with private bar facilities, as well as private cloakrooms for ladies and gentlemen. A special feature of the box is the inclusion of a sliding partitioned wall between the main room and Box 319, enabling Box 319 to become a separate meeting room if required or to be fully integrated into the dining area.

This unique facility is available on either a box hire basis or on a package basis.  Details can be found below.

BOX HIRE BOOKINGS

Booking a box on a box hire basis includes:

  • Sole use of the Quad Box for dining and viewing
  • Up to 70 Premier Admissions and box badges
  • Car park labels (one per two people)
  • Race Cards
  • Racing Paper
  • Flat screen televisions
  • Private cloakrooms for ladies and gentlemen
  • Tote betting facilities on the bridges connecting the north and south side of the stand

Catering would be charged separately through the on-site caterers, Ascot Hospitality.  Menu prices range from £35 to £135 per person plus vat, with additional charges for drinks. 

PACKAGE BOOKINGS

There are two packages to choose from and details of each are shown below;   

Gold Package [minimum of 30 people]
This 4-course menu is best designed for silver service, but can be served as a buffet if requested.   This box will seat a maximum of 40 people.

  • Sole use of the Quad Box for dining and viewing
  • Premier Admission and box badge per person
  • One car park label per couple
  • Morning coffee and biscuits
  • Four course luncheon
  • Selected fine wines; Merlot, Valle Andino, Maule Valley (Chile), Sauvignon Blanc, Valle Andino, Maule Valley (Chile)
  • Port or brandy with coffee
  • Afternoon tea
  • Complimentary bar [excludes champagne] consisting of the above wines as well as the following drinks throughout the day; Grey Goose Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Famous Grouse Whisky, Ruby Port, Courvoisier Brandy, Heineken Lager, Fullers London Pride bitter, Mixers, Orange Juice and Mineral Water
  • Flat Screen Televisions
  • Private cloakrooms for ladies and gentlemen
  • Tote betting facilities on the bridges connecting the north and south side of the stand
  • Race cards
  • Racing papers
  • Floral arrangement


Silver Package [minimum of 30 people]

This 3-course menu is best designed for a buffet, but can be served silver service if requested.   This box will accommodate up to 70 guests for a buffet.

  • Sole use of the Quad Box for dining and viewing
  • Premier Admission and box badge per person
  • One car park label per couple
  • Morning coffee and biscuits
  • Three course luncheon
  • House wines; La Campagne Cabernet Sauvignon, Vin de Pays D’Oc and La Campagne Viognier, Vin de Pays D’Oc  
  • Afternoon tea
  • Complimentary house wines excluding champagne (see above), Heineken Lager, Fullers London Pride bitter and soft drinks throughout the day
  • Flat Screen Televisions
  • Private cloakrooms for ladies and gentlemen
  • Tote betting facilities on the bridges connecting the north and south side of the stand
  • Race cards
  • Racing papers
  • Floral arrangement
